Thank you for shopping with SurronPartsNorthWest. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 12hours after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Monday - Thursday (Cut off time is 2pm)
Friday/Saturday (Cut off time is 12pm)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Surronpartsnorthwest is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged PackagesWe are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Surronpartsnw@hotmail.com within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and any relevant photos.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
